Among his recent sales and capital market transactions are: the $27.35 million sale of Turtle Crossing, a 99,174 square foot shopping center located in Coral Springs, FL, the $57.5 million sale of 2121 Ponce, a 165,000 square foot office building located in Coral Gables, FL, and the $23.1 million sale of El Mercado a 96,000 square foot Publix-anchored shopping center in Hialeah, FL. Previously, Mr. Blyden served as Senior Vice President and Director of Asset Management for Terranova Corporation, Vice President with Stiles Corporation and Principal/Senior Portfolio Manager with Copley Real Estate Advisors (d/b/a AEW Capital Management).
Mr. Blyden received his Master of Business Administration in Finance from Boston University (Boston, Massachusetts) and his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (Amherst, Massachusetts). He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson, Licensed Florida Mortgage Broker and former Certified Public Accountant.
