Mr Friedman’s closed sale transactions across Florida include: the $5 million sale of Westgate 55 (55 Acres) in Orlando, the $6.9 million sale of Lakes of Kingdom (17 Acres) in Miami, the $1 million sale of Spiaggia (1.5 Acres oceanfront) in Indialantic, the $6.3 million sale of Furniture Power (83,000 sf former Target) in Tamarac, the $1.8 million sale of the Bird Road Outparcel (0.87 Acres) in Miami, the $3.8 million sale of Atlantic Sunset Bay (1.1 Acres waterfront) in Miami Beach, the $2.5 million sale of Granada Place (22,900 sf retail center) in Ormond Beach, the $4.5 million sale of 100 Ocean Drive (0.13 Acres) in Miami Beach, the $5.575 million sale of 441 Plaza (40,000 sf retail center) in Miami Gardens, the $6.4 million sale of Shoppes of Arcadia (99,000 sf retail center) in Arcadia, the $3.5 million sale of the Rooms To Go land lease in Pinecrest, the $2.5 million sale of a 2.25 Acre outparcel in Miramar, the $5.4 million sale of 0.8 Acres oceanfront land in Daytona Beach, and the $3.5 million sale of Paradeisos (8600 sf showroom) in Miami.

Prior to joining CREC, Mr. Friedman was with Colliers International South Florida. During his tenure at Colliers, he completed approximately $100 Million in transactions including the sale of numerous land parcels, shopping centers, office buildings, owner-user properties, mixed-use developments, as well as retail leases.
Mr. Friedman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of South Florida (Tampa, Florida) and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson.
