Nicholas Limner serves as Chief Operating Officer and Shareholder of CREC. Mr. Limner supervises all major aspects of CREC’s commercial real estate portfolio. He specializes in asset management, property takeover and stabilization, supervision, development of strategies to increase value of properties, renovation and interior construction planning and coordination, development of capital investment plans, property management and operations, tenant relations, and personnel management.

Prior to joining CREC in 1995, Mr. Limner was Vice President of Codina Real Estate Management, where he supervised a 5 million-square-foot commercial real estate portfolio, including property management, construction, capital improvements, property transition and stabilization, and policies and procedures.
Mr. Limner earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Florida State University (Tallahassee, Florida). He is a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson and a designated Real Property Administrator (R.P.A.) by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
As an active member of Miami’s business community, he is involved with The Beacon Council, past director of BOMA, graduate of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Miami program, and two-term president of the not-for-profit Hearing and Speech Center of Florida.
